Announcing the 2021 Liminal & Pantera Press Nonfiction Prize Shortlist

We are excited to announce the 2021 Liminal & Pantera Press Nonfiction Prize Shortlist. In proposing the 2021 Liminal & Pantera Press Nonfiction Prize, we sought writing on the notion of the archive; writing that troubled institutional accounts of history, or considered the politics of the personal archive; writing that queried what each of us chooses to remember, memorialise or forget.

We are thrilled to share the seven writers who have been shortlisted. Their pieces will be published in our forthcoming essay collection with Pantera Press (2022), alongside the other longlisted pieces.
